Male breast enlargement herbs, and where are they available?

I wondered if the herbs such as saw palmetto and fenugreek are common to find in stores herbs? Also, I know that herbs are generally for women, but should also work for men right? By Incidentally, I live in Europe, if nothing changes. Sweden to be more specific.
